Master's Benefit of Running Blog

North American lifestyles are an "aerobic free zone". We can pull down a decent income no sweat - literally. Have you ever thought how weird that is?

Take a 100 years off today's date, and count the number of no "sweat jobs" in the early 1900's. See what I mean?

Problem is, our bodies were designed 50,000 years ago. You can bet no sweat jobs were few and far between!

That's why Master's Running and fitness work for us: We enjoy life more when we're active, we're healthier, and we just don't live longer - we live better.
