I found this chi running video on You Tube - not great picture quality, but I think it does a good job of summarizing the basics of Chi Running.
Kids remind us that running is - or should be - fun! There's a lot to learn from the way kids run.

One of the "powers" of chi is visualization, and when we visualize a waterfall and apply that image to our running we somehow - don't ask me how - subtly improve our running. We see ourselves working with gravity, and not against it! It's a fascinating way to look at our running.
This video sums up the spirit of Chi Running: It doesn't have to be about speed or distance - masters running can be about personal satisfaction, relaxation, and just having fun!
