  • If you get a lunch break, walk it off. A twenty-five minute walk at lunch at an easy pace burns another 200 calories. That adds up over the weeks.
  • Make plans to work out or exercise a couple evenings per week. Take a work out bag to the office, and make an appointment with yourself to get an hour's worth of work out time in after work.
  • Better yet, plan to meet friends and exercise together.
